NABBD is an authorised retailer of all of the designers featured on our website. All of our bridesmaids dresses are 100% original and ordered direct from the designer.
Delivery depends on each of our designers. The lead time for dresses for the majority of our designers is 12-14 weeks, however some can take 14-16 weeks. We will always advise upon ordering the exact delivery time
Rush orders are an available option for the majority of our designers, however the timescale and the fee can vary slightly for each bridesmaids designer. Also, please note that depending on the date the order is placed some rush orders can arrive close to the wear date.
If orders are unable to be collected from store, delivery can be arranged with DHL next day signed for service. The cost is £19.99 for up to 4 dresses dispatched to one postal address anywhere within the UK. If you require delivery outside the UK please contact us and we can give you a quote for delivery and estimated delivery timescales.
We always advise to order as far in advance as possible, however as a “rule of thumb” we would suggest a minimum of 6 months before the date of the wedding. This will allow plenty of time for production and shipping (if necessary) and any alterations that may be needed.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before an order is placed with the designer and the remaining balance must be paid in full before any dresses can leave the Nabbd premises. As the dresses are made to order, should the order be cancelled by the customer for any reason – including if the wedding is cancelled – the deposit is unable to be refunded and the remaining balance must be settled.
Nabbd does not offer a made to measure/bespoke service. Any bridesmaids measurements taken in the NABBD showroom or provided to NABBD by the customer are for the purposes of allowing NABBD to order the closest available size from our designers’ size chart. NABBD always advises that you should allow for additional budgeting for third party alterations to any dress ordered
When an order arrives at Nabbd from the designer, the customer will be notified by email and/or phone. The customer will be asked to collect their dresses (or have them sent out) within a 14 day window. In the unlikely event that there are any quality issues with the dresses, the customer must notify Nabbd with the 14 day period. If dresses are collected after this 14 day period, Nabbd can take no responsibility for any issues with the order as this exceeds the timeframe in which Nabbd can report and rectify any discrepancies with the order with the designer.
If any issue with the order has been reported to Nabbd (within the 14 day timeframe), the order is returned to the designer for a full investigation. Should the designer confirm that the issue is due to a production error, the faulty item(s) will either be fixed or replaced. Nabbd will ensure that all faulty orders are rectified as soon as possible.
