Terms & Conditions

  • By receiving this email and proceeding with your order you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Nabbd Ltd does not offer a made to measure /bespoke service. Any measurements taken of bridesmaids in the NABBD showroom or provided to NABBD by the customer are for the purposes of allowing NABBD to order the closest available size dress from our designers’ size chart. NABBD advises that you should allow for additional budget to pay for third party alterations to any dress ordered
  • Nabbd Ltd can provide a list of recommended seamstresses on request however takes no responsibility for any alteration costs, additional alterations needed as a result, or problems that occur from using an external third party
  • Upon order of the dresses, the customer must supply one point of contact.  This point of contact will be sent the order confirmation and will be the only point of contact Nabbd Ltd will liaise with in regards to any aspect of the order.  Nabbd Ltd has the right to refuse to liaise with any third party who is not this point of contact
  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before an order is placed with the designer and the remaining balance must be paid in full before any dresses can leave the Nabbd Ltd. premises. Should the order be cancelled by the customer – for any reason – once the order is placed with Nabbd Ltd full payment of the order is required by the customer
  • All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT
  • Nabbd Ltd will provide the customer with an approximate delivery date on the order confirmation as advised by the designer when the order is placed.  Please note this is an approximate date and customers should allow for any potential delays in shipping should they occur 
  • Nabbd Ltd is not responsible for any additional alterations to the bridesmaids dresses resulting from changes to the bridesmaid/customers shape or weight after measurements have been taken in the shop
  • When not measured by a professional Nabbd Ltd employee, the company takes no responsibility for incorrect sizes of dresses ordered when based on measurements supplied by the customer or bridesmaid via email, telephone or given during the appointment
  • Nabbd Ltd is not responsible and will not refund for any discrepancies in the colours or shades of dresses between styles and/ or designers
  • When dresses arrive into Nabbd Ltd from the designer, the customer will be notified by phone or email.  The customer will then have 14 days to collect the order.  If dresses are collected after this 14 day period, Nabbd Ltd can take no responsibility for any issues with the order as this exceeds the timeframe in which Nabbd Ltd can report and rectify any discrepancies with the order with the designer
  • In the rare instance that there is quality/sizing issue with any of the order as a result of production error, the defected dress/dresses are returned to the designer for a full investigation.  Should the designer confirm that the issue is due to a production error, the faulty item will either be fixed or replaced. Faulty orders are strictly non-refundable unless it is deemed by the designer unreplaceable / unfixable after a full investigation has taken place.
  • Prices quoted do not include postage of dresses to any destination
  • In the event of the customer’s wedding being cancelled full payment of the order is still required
  • Nabbd Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any order which does not adhere to the above terms and conditions

Complaint Handling

We hope that you are pleased with any purchase you’ve made or the service you have received from NABBD and that you will never have reason to complain.
However if there is something you’re not happy with or any element of your experience with NABBD, please do contact us straight away either by phone or email and we will respond to your complaint as soon as we can.

NABBD is an authorised retailer of all of the designers featured on our website. All of our bridesmaids dresses are 100% original and ordered direct from the designer.

Delivery depends on each of  our designers.  The  lead time for dresses for the majority of our designers is 12-14 weeks, however some can take 14-16 weeks.  We will always advise upon ordering the exact delivery time

 Rush orders are an available option for the majority of our designers, however the timescale and the fee can vary slightly for each bridesmaids designer.  Also, please note that depending on the date the order is placed some rush orders can arrive close to the wear date.

 

If orders are unable to be collected from store, delivery can be arranged with DHL next day signed for service.  The cost is £19.99 for up to 4 dresses dispatched to one postal address anywhere within the UK.   If you require delivery outside the UK please contact us and we can give you a quote for delivery and estimated delivery timescales.

We always advise to order as far in advance as possible, however as a “rule of thumb” we would suggest a minimum of 6 months before the date of the wedding.  This will allow plenty of time for production and shipping (if necessary) and any alterations that may be needed.
